Cristian Radulescu – Partner

Cristian is a founding Partner at Taxhouse and has 20 years of experience in local and international taxation at Taxhouse and global consulting firms. He is a certified tax consultant authorized by the Chamber of Tax Consultants, expert charted accountant authorised by CECCAR and valuator registered with ANEVAR.

Cristian serves mainly multinationals and emerging local companies, and is involved in structuring tax advice as well as domestic and international tax consultancy on the full range of corporate activities, judicial and extrajudicial expertise, tax reviews, etc.

Cristian is specialised in EU VAT legislation and participated as an active member of the team involved in assisting the Romanian Ministry of Finance for aligning the Romanian VAT legislation with the EU Directives in 2005-2006.  He is a trainer and speaker at various seminars and conferences on Romanian VAT and direct tax matters.

Recent key transactions include assistance for tax inspections and tax litigation, tax expertise, tax due diligence, international tax structuring for high profile real estate investments, tax representation for major global pharmaceutical companies, on-going advice to multinationals acting in the FMCG industry, telecommunications, automotive, etc.

Cristian holds a BA Degree in Accounting and Financial Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
