Ciprian Gavriliu – Transfer Pricing Partner

Ciprian is a Partner with Taxhouse and leader of the Transfer Pricing practice. 

With over 20 years of experience in local and international tax consulting at Taxhouse and Deloitte, Ciprian has assisted numerous companies, Romanian or international, to successfully identify and manage tax issues, especially in the field of transfer pricing.

He is the author of numerous articles in the field of transfer pricing and is frequently invited to speak at events and debates on international taxation. 

Ciprian is also directly involved in discussions with the Romanian authorities on the amendment of the tax legislation through the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham) and the Foreign Investors Council. He is an active presence both in the community of business leaders and in the university environment in Romania, being involved in events dedicated to students.

Ciprian holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Accounting and Management Informatics of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. He holds an Advance Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) in Transfer Pricing. 

He is a tax consultant authorized by the Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF) in Romania, he is a financial auditor authorized by the Authority for Public Oversight of the Statutory Audit Activity (ASPAAS) and an expert accountant authorized by the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants (CECAR) in Romania.
