Vlad Dimitriu – Director

Vlad has over 7 years of professional experience with Taxhouse and an international consulting firm and is a certified tax consultant, member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants expert charted accountant authorised by CECCAR. His areas of expertise cover tax procedural aspects and tax litigation, corporate taxation and international tax, personal income tax and social security contributions, VAT and local taxes.

His main projects include tax expertise, assistance during tax inspections and tax litigation, tax due diligence and tax reviews, structuring of transactions for both local companies and multinationals operating in Romania, active in industries such as trading, agriculture, real estate, constructions and infrastructure, production and green energy.

Vlad also provides tax assistance for high net worth individuals with complex investments portfolios.

El has a BA Degree in Accounting and Financial Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Taxation from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
