Georgiana Matei – Director

Georgiana has 9 years of professional experience at Taxhouse and global consulting firms and is a certified tax consultant, member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants. She is specialised in domestic and international direct taxation, her experience covering also taxation of individuals and social security aspects. Her main areas of expertise include ongoing tax advisory and transaction structuring, tax review and tax due diligence for both local companies and multinationals active in areas such as pharma, retail, investment funds, real estate.

Georgiana has a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking Risk Management and has a BA Degree in Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and currently follows the ADIT tax certification program.
