Adrian Deaconu – Associate Partner

Adrian has over 15 years of professional experience in local and international taxation at Taxhouse and a global consulting firm, and he is a certified tax consultant authorised by the Chamber of Tax Consultants.

With a focus on direct domestic and international taxation, Adrian serves Romanian based companies and multinationals with regard to structuring and cross border transactions, as well as international tax consultancy on a wide range of corporate activities, tax due diligence, tax assistance for mergers and acquisitions, direct and indirect tax compliance.

Key transactions include restructuring assistance for companies acting in the real estate, transport, construction or retail industries, tax due diligence and structuring advice for clients acting in fields like manufacturing, retail, medical services or real estate, assistance for bonds listing and issuance of structured notes, etc.

Adrian holds a BA Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is an ACCA graduate.
